This project is evolving in a Graffiti and Street-Art environment, the temporary existence maintains as a core concept of the creation. Street art is a very transient art form, and so are my pegs. The pegs, this non-invasive medium I have developed is leaving my mark on every possible spot, street, nature and even human body. On one side of the pegs is the slogan “KontARTminiert” while on the other side is the tag of mine and a short message that was present during the moment.

It is attached to every possible object that proves everything could become contaminated by free thoughts, no matter where, no matter when, no matter what. Art will always find a way into our world, expression cannot be stopped. Due to the nature of its volatility, the pegs will be somewhere one day and might be gone the next day. They are made to be seen and for people to interact with or to be taken away, throw away, or just leave them where they are.

Pegs are a way to gently  get involved with our urban environment, it is almost invisible, is attached but not unbreakable. Cities get more and more streamlined, KontArtminiert is a sign of re-conquest of our cities, we resist to be taken away, but will at some point be relocated.
